Identify risk of disengagement early
Program success often depends on an engaged participant - identifying disengagement risk early helps prevent it and increase the chance of a positive outcome.
Challenge
One of the biggest predictors of a program failing to achieve outcomes for a participant is them disengaging from the program. Data can help identify those who are most at risk of disengagement by analysing the factors that best predict this. For example, we might find not attending 2 sessions in a row is a big predictor, so we can build models that automatically flag those risks so you can take action early.
